Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.

To start a return, please contact us at support@reverycamera.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns for items that are missing original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
